Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the naTadabar iOS app and the natadabar.com website. They exist to keep both sides clear and protected. If any of this is unclear, please email us — we'd rather answer the question than hide behind legalese.
The basics
By downloading or using naTadabar, you agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. You keep ownership of everything you write, draw, record, or save inside the app. We don't claim rights over your tadabbur documents, bookmarks, voice memos, or notes.
The free plan
The free plan gives you the full reading, listening, dictionary, Qibla, prayer-time, and reference-library experience, plus up to five tadabbur study documents. We reserve the right to adjust the free document limit in the future, with advance notice inside the app.
The premium plan
Premium unlocks unlimited tadabbur documents and cross-device cloud sync. Subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use naTadabar to store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or attempts to interfere with the service. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app or bypass its premium gating.
No warranty
naTadabar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make the app reliable and correct, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or that every feature will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
